Adventure Travel and Coronavirus: A Message to Our Clients

At Kayak More Tomorrow, our priority in all our operations has and always will be centered around our core principals of integrity, transparency and client well-being.

Now more than ever, I wanted to share my thoughts about the spread of COVID-19 virus. I know that the situation is weighing on everyone’s mind. My goal is to offer Kayak More Tomorrow’s client’s options and reassurance.

After over 2 decades of running adventure trips, we have faced many challenging situations, and we’ve come out of each one stronger. That’s not to say that this isn’t a trying time for everyone. While we remain committed to running adventure trips as conditions and the authorities allow, we are very aware that everyone has their own perspective on what’s right for them.

Therefore, we’ve adjusted our booking policies to allow you flexibility to make the right decision for you; now we are offering credits on accounts that do not expire. We have adjusted our policies during challenging times such as 9/11, the 2008 financial crises and others – and we are happy to do so again for this situation.

I’ve owned and led Kayak More Tomorrow since founding it in 1998. Kayak More Tomorrow has been debt free for over a decade and remains so today. We have strong capital reserves – in short, we’re here to weather the storm. We’ve learned from past challenges how to scale down, or up, as the environment changes; we’ll be here and ready when the time is right for you, be that this season, next or beyond.

We have an experienced and dedicated people awaiting your call or e-mail to book your next Kayak More Tomorrow adventure.

What if I’m thinking about booking a trip today? We are now accepting open-ended bookings, with credits that do not expire so that you can adjust your dates to best suit your situation. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to us if you have additional questions.

We sincerely hope to see you on the water this season.

Best Regards,

Jonathan

This situation is fluid, and as it evolves, so will our response. We’ll continue to be in touch and provide updates as they roll in. Also, please understand that we reserve the right to change these policies without prior notice due to this very fluid and unpredictable situation.
